NextGen School Photography are proud to be a ESS  Accredited School Photographer.
​Being a Accredited School Photographer means NextGen is  fully licensed to work with SIMS schools and are endorsed by ESS.  We can also provide automated digital files for use within other database systems.
​NextGen have been evaluated in their ability to provide digital files that are compatible with batch import into SIMS software..
To batch import in photo importer we supply a files that are compatible with the SIMS photo importer:
  • We have both the methodology and technology for taking the pupil photographs on the day
  • We have the ability to produce the images to a precise specification
  • We have the technology to produce the files in the correct format
  • NextGen are aware of the license and support implications of using the batch facility in photo importer.
  • NextGen understand the correct procedures to ensure the schools are fully supported in this process.
NextGen will need to receive data from the school in advance of their visit and are fully  aware of the data protection implications.  All paperwork contains and sensitive information is shredded by a authorised and regulated shredding organisation.
